Who we are

This website is run by Odds Monitor. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

No account needed. You can use the whole public site without giving us any personal details. There is no newsletter.
Member accounts, by invitation only. A small number of invited members can track coupons. For them we store their email address, display name, a scrambled (hashed) password that nobody can read back, their coupons (picks, odds, stakes and results), their message settings, their Telegram chat ID if they connect Telegram, and the times they created the account and logged in. We never store payment details: nobody bets or pays on this site.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets its cookies and records how the site is used: pages viewed, rough location (country or city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set; Google only receives cookieless, anonymous signals (Google Consent Mode) that it uses to estimate totals, and it cannot recognise you from one visit to the next.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider and Cloudflare keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Email. If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your cookie choice and, only with your consent, Google Analytics cookies. Members also get strictly necessary login cookies. Filter settings on the dropping-odds page, and a member's unsaved coupon, are kept in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us until a member saves the coupon. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Why we use data

To run and secure the website (our legitimate interest).
To understand which pages are useful (your consent, for analytics).
To answer your emails (your request).
For members: to run the account you asked for, track your coupons, and send the result messages you switched on (our agreement with you).

Third parties

Google Analytics 4 (Google): with cookies only after you accept; without cookies, anonymous signals only (see above).
Cloudflare, which delivers the site, protects it, and routes email sent to our address.
Our hosting provider, which stores the website files, the member database and server logs.
Gmail (Google), which sends member emails (invites, password resets, coupon results) from the site's own address.
Telegram, only for members who connect it, to deliver their coupon results.

When you click a bookmaker link you leave our site; that bookmaker's own privacy policy applies. We don't sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics 4 data is kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and Cloudflare. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your message. Member accounts and coupons are kept until the member deletes the account; nightly backups are kept for 14 days, so a deleted account is gone from them after 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Change your analytics choice with Cookie settings in the footer. Members can delete their account and all their coupons themselves at any time in Settings → Delete account. To make a request, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
